Cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 2 hours before your home-collection slot or centre visit, from your account, on WhatsApp or by call. Cancellations after that, or after the phlebotomist has arrived, may attract a visit charge. Once a sample is collected the booking cannot be cancelled. If we cannot process a test (for example, a rejected sample), we recollect at no charge or refund that test in full. Rescheduling is available once per booking at no charge.

Complimentary pre-test and post-test consultations can be rescheduled to another available slot.

Health Card fees are non-refundable once any benefit has been used. Subscriptions can be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund if no test has been performed; after that, the list price of tests already performed is deducted and the balance refunded.

Sealed, unused products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or replacement; damaged or wrong items are replaced at no charge. Medicines, opened supplements, food items and personal-use items (masks, supports) cannot be returned unless defective.

Retest requests are considered within 30 days of the test date and decided by our quality team after validation; the quality team’s decision is final.

Refunds go to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval. Cash payments are refunded by UPI or bank transfer.

Home sample collection and health-product delivery are available within Belagavi city limits only. We will tell you at booking if an address is outside our area.

Slots are available 7 am – 7 pm and can be booked until 8 pm. Our phlebotomist arrives within the chosen slot; you receive their name and a call before arrival. Home collection is complimentary on bills above ₹500 for Health Card members; for others, Confirm whether a collection charge applies below a threshold.

Orders confirmed before are delivered the same day; later orders the next working day. Delivery is complimentary on orders above ₹ 1000; below that a delivery charges applies. Prescription medicines are handed over only to the customer or a named adult, against the prescription.
