We send health tips, offers and newsletters only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time from the message itself, from your account, or by writing to us. Service messages about your bookings and reports are sent regardless, because they are part of the service.
We do not sell, rent, trade or license your Personal Information, and we do not use your health data for advertising.
Reports are delivered only to the mobile number and email registered at booking and are available in your WellGreen account. Tell us in writing if you want a report sent to another person or doctor. For a family member’s booking, reports go to the account holder who made the booking, unless the member (if an adult) asks otherwise.
Test reports and consultation records are kept for as long as clinical-record rules require and for you to access your own history. Other account data is kept while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal, tax and audit obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Anonymised, aggregated data (for example, how many customers booked a package in a month) may be kept indefinitely.
WellGreen Health takes reasonable security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of health data: encrypted transmission and storage, access controls limiting staff to what their role needs, secure hosting, regular review of security practices, and updated protection on all systems. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach is likely to affect you, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
