The Gap We Kept Seeing
In years of clinical practice we watched the same thing happen again and again. A person walks into a lab with a vague worry or a doctor's slip, books whatever is on the board, pays, and goes home. A day later a PDF arrives. Some values are in red. Nobody calls. The person either panics and rushes to a hospital, or files the report away and forgets it.
Labs had become very good at producing numbers and very bad at producing understanding. The two conversations that make a test worthwhile, the one before it and the one after it, had simply disappeared.
WellGreen Health was founded in 2022 to bring those two conversations back. Before your sample is taken, a pre-test consultation decides with you which test you actually need. After your report is ready, a post-test consultation explains it in plain language: what needs attention, what doesn't, and what to do next.
