This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, as amended, and is published in accordance with applicable laws including the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Welcome to WellGreen Health LLP — operating through the WellGreen Health website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you represent that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. WellGreen Health reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
General Terms
Your access to and use of the Platform and its services are governed by these Terms of Use, together with any additional service-specific terms, policies, and disclaimers on the Platform — collectively referred to as "Terms of Use." These Terms constitute a legal and binding agreement between you ("User") and WellGreen Health LLP.
Your right to use the services is not transferable. Any password or access right given to you is not transferable. WellGreen Health may freely transfer or assign any part of these Terms of Use and rights hereunder. WellGreen Health reserves the right to activate or deactivate offers and promotions at any time.
By accessing or registering on the Platform, you consent to our usage of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
Eligibility
By using the Platform and/or availing our services, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the right, authority, and capacity to agree to and abide by these Terms of Use
- You are 18 years of age or over and have the legal right to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction
- You are responsible for all transactions made under your name or account
- You will use the services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations
Services Offered
WellGreen Health offers the following services through its Platform:
- Lab Tests at Home: Sample collection from your doorstep by trained phlebotomists
- Walk-in Lab Testing: Health investigations and diagnostic services from our lab
- Doctor Consultation: Pre-test and post-test consultations via audio/video call
- Health Packages: Predefined and customisable health checkup packages
- Medicine Delivery: Home delivery of prescribed medicines (Jaipur area)
- Membership Plans: Annual subscription-based healthcare benefits
WellGreen Health reserves the right to change the nature or pricing of any service at its sole discretion by publishing the update on the Platform.
Diagnostic Services
You may avail diagnostic services as follows:
- For home collection, our trained phlebotomist will visit your registered address. Alternatively, you may visit our lab at your convenience.
- Certain investigations or scans may require a visit to designated test centres, as determined by WellGreen Health.
- Booking confirmation, Order ID, and relevant details will be communicated via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or phone call.
- Reports will be delivered within the prescribed timeframe via WhatsApp and/or email.
Services are non-transferable — only the person in whose name the booking is made is eligible to avail the service. Please follow the pre-test guidelines and instructions available on the Platform. Diagnostic reports are indicative and should always be corroborated with a doctor's advice.
Retesting Policy
- Any retest request beyond 30 days from the date of testing will not be considered.
- Comparison with reports from another lab beyond 3 days will not be considered. Analytes with high physiological variation will not be considered at all.
- Retest schedules, once confirmed by our quality team, will not be modified. The quality team's decision is final.
Sample Collection and Report Generation
Sample collection is scheduled on the booking date. You may also reschedule as per available slots. Delays may occur due to factors beyond WellGreen Health's reasonable control including acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, technical failures, or extreme weather. Any such delay will be communicated to you promptly.
Post-collection, reports are generated as per the communicated timeline. In exceptional circumstances, delays may occur — you agree to bear such delays. Diagnostic services should not be used in emergencies.
Reports will only be processed after complete payment is realised by WellGreen Health. Any delay arising from incomplete payment is solely attributable to the user.
Rescheduling requests after confirmation of original booking are subject to operational slot availability and phlebotomist availability. WellGreen Health does not guarantee revised slot accommodation.
Consultation Services
WellGreen Health offers one-on-one audio/video consultations for pre-test guidance and post-test report explanation.
- Consultations are conducted through digital/online/telephonic means.
- By booking a consultation, you consent to sharing your personal data and medical diagnosis reports with the consulting doctor.
- Consultation details will be communicated via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
- Services are non-transferable — only the person for whom the appointment is booked may avail the service.
- A doctor's consultation is advisory in nature and should be used alongside your own qualified medical provider's advice.
Medicine Delivery
WellGreen Health offers medicine delivery to Jaipur city area only, as a lead-based service (not direct e-commerce). The process is:
- Upload your valid prescription via WhatsApp or the Platform
- Our pharmacist will call to confirm your order, address, and medicine details
- Medicines will be delivered to your registered address within Jaipur
This service is primarily intended for chronic disease patients managing conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart conditions. WellGreen Health acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee availability of all medicines. Follow-up reminders may be sent for chronic medication refills.
Payment
WellGreen Health provides payment options including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, UPI, net banking, cash cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
- Services commence only after complete payment realisation (for online payments).
- Payment mechanisms may be governed by additional terms prescribed by WellGreen Health or the third-party payment gateway. You are advised to review those terms.
- WellGreen Health reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed at incorrect prices, with refund credited within 7–14 working days.
- You are liable for all applicable charges, taxes, duties, and levies for services availed through the Platform.
- WellGreen Health shall not be responsible for any malfunctioning or defect in the payment mechanism.
WellGreen Health reserves the right to change service fees at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by WellGreen Health
WellGreen Health reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any appointment with prior notice. No responsibility is accepted for rescheduling or cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control. If cancelled by WellGreen Health, you may reschedule within 7 days of cancellation.
Cancellation by User
- You may reschedule or cancel bookings through the Platform as per available procedures.
- Cancellation requests for diagnostic services must be made within 7 days of payment to be eligible for a refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days and credited to the original payment method.
- Offline payment refunds will be transferred via IMPS, NEFT, or Cheque.
Non-Refundable Items
- Refunds are not applicable after 7 days from payment for diagnostic services.
- Herbal or health supplement products are non-returnable once delivered.
⚠️ Refund will only be granted if the customer's query is substantiated by the validation process conducted by our quality team. The quality team's decision is final.
No Medical Advice
The information provided on the WellGreen Health Platform is for informational and scheduling purposes only.

No doctor-patient relationship is created through the use of this Platform. WellGreen Health does not guarantee the qualifications, expertise, or quality of work of any healthcare provider listed or connected through the Platform.
Liability and Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WellGreen Health LLP, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from all loss, demand, claims, or damage arising from:
- Your use of the Platform or services
- Any breach by you of these Terms of Use
- Any breach of applicable laws by you in the course of using the Platform
WellGreen Health shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform or services — including loss of data, delayed reports, appointment cancellations, or reliance on Platform content. WellGreen Health's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fee paid by you for the service in question.
WellGreen Health shall not be responsible for the conduct of any user and may refer complaints to the relevant diagnostic centre or service provider.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the WellGreen Health Platform — including text, graphics, user interfaces, artwork, source code, trademarks, and logos — is owned by and controlled by WellGreen Health LLP and is protected by copyright, patent, and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, post, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written authorisation from WellGreen Health LLP.
WellGreen Health reserves the right to take action against any user found illegally copying or distributing Platform content, including filing suit in the appropriate court.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to arbitration by an independent sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended).
The seat of arbitration shall be Jaipur, Rajasthan, and proceedings shall be in the English language. Subject to arbitration, the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Force Majeure: WellGreen Health shall be relieved of its obligations under circumstances beyond its reasonable control — including acts of God, floods, fires, strikes, pandemics, government actions, technical failures, or war.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
