Information Collected via Our Mobile Application
With your prior consent, the WellGreen Health app may collect:
- Location: Required for home sample collection and medicine delivery
- Camera, Audio, Images & Files: Required for uploading prescriptions and accessing report consultation services
- Phone Number: Required for account verification and payment gateway transactions
You can enable or disable these permissions at any time through your device settings.
Third-Party Sign-In (Google / Facebook / Apple)
When logging in through a third-party authentication service, we collect only your name and email address — solely for account creation and management. We do not access your Gmail, Facebook posts, friends' information, or Apple iCloud data.
Payment Related Information
WellGreen Health does not access, store, or retain any payment-related data. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We have no control over the payment transaction process beyond directing you to the gateway.
WellGreen Health disclaims all liability for any loss or damage arising from the disclosure of payment information including credit/debit cards, UPI, net-banking, or mobile wallets.
Use and Disclosure of Collected Information
Your Personal Information is used to fulfil your service requests — including booking lab tests, home sample collection, doctor consultations, and medicine delivery.
We may also use your contact details to send relevant health information, promotional offers, newsletters, and service updates via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or other channels. Restrictive Covenants
You are not permitted to use our Platform to host, upload, publish, transmit, or share any information that:
- Belongs to another person to which you have no right
- Is harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise unlawful
- Harms minors in any way
- Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or proprietary rights
- Violates any law currently in force in India
- Contains viruses or code designed to interrupt, damage, or limit any computer resource
- Threatens the sovereignty or security of India or incites any cognisable offence
- Promotes tobacco, alcohol, or electronic nicotine delivery systems in an unauthorised manner
You are also prohibited from attempting to breach Platform security, submitting false information, making unsolicited communications to other users, using automated scraping tools, or copying/framing any Platform content without permission.
Amendments to the Policy
WellGreen Health reserves the right to revise this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes become effective upon posting the updated policy on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy will be subject to arbitration by an independent sole arbitrator (a retired judge/judicial officer) appointed by WellGreen Health LLP, conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended).
Arbitration proceedings will be held in Jaipur, Rajasthan, in the English language. Subject to arbitration, the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, shall have jurisdiction to grant interim relief.
