WellGreen Health Programs

We work as your health partners through our health programs which include lifestyle consultations, health coaching, fitness, nutrition & diet plan, guidance on stress management & mindfulness, advice for good sleep, cessation of risky substance use, positive psychology interventions, maintenance of healthy social connections and support from the online WellGreen Health community. The health programs are customised to individual needs.

Enrolment in the programs starts with Lifestyle consultations and an appropriate health program will be suggested to you after the initial consultations. You can enrol in a 1 to 6-month or 1-year program based on your preference or as suggested by your physician. A 3-month program is usually recommended to start with as it gives appropriate time to work on patient/ client goals and see measurable outcomes. We offer the following programs and services:

Lifestyle consultations

Your health partnership with WellGreen starts with comprehensive consultations which include thorough lifestyle assessment, review of investigations, medications and treatment through evidence-based therapeutic lifestyle interventions. The initial consultation typically lasts 45 minutes to an hour and follow-up consultations vary from 15 minutes to half an hour. The number of consultations required is based on the severity of medical conditions and the health goals of the patients.

Weight management program

We work with our patients in an empathetic and compassionate way to help them reach their weight goals. The weight management program takes a whole-person approach and includes sustainable lifestyle interventions for long-lasting weight maintenance

Health & well-being program

A personalised plan working on all pillars of Lifestyle Medicine consisting of consultations, nutrition & exercise plan and health coaching to develop positive health behaviours and improvement in laboratory markers for complete physical and mental well-being.

Diabetes program

Scientific studies have shown that lifestyle interventions are important as a first-line and adjunct treatment of diabetes. Lifestyle interventions can also result in the complete remission of the disease in the early stages of type-2 diabetes. It helps to achieve better control over blood sugar in the later stages of type-2 diabetes and type-1 diabetes and reduces the dependence on medications.

Hypertension or high BP management

Research has shown that lifestyle modifications should be the first-line approach in patients with high blood pressure. The blood pressure program includes dietary modification, exercise, stress & sleep management.

Preventive cardiovascular care

Lifestyle interventions are important in the primary and secondary prevention of coronary heart diseases. Carefully designed lifestyle programs by a physician can help mitigate the risk of primary and secondary adverse heart events.

Fatty liver & metabolic syndrome

Fatty liver disease is a build-up of excess fat in the liver; metabolic syndrome comprises central obesity, deranged lipid profile with high triglycerides and low HDL cholesterol, high blood pressure and fasting glucose. These conditions are a part of the same spectrum and lifestyle changes are very effective in the prevention, control and remission of these disorders.

All health programs follow similar plans and pricing. You can choose from the basic and standard plans for the preferred duration. The 3-month packages are described below, same services shall be extended for a 6-month, 9-month or 1-year program.

Basic plan– a typical 3-month basic plan includes the following:
