Dr Amit Bugalia is a medical doctor with over twenty years of experience. He is passionate about lifestyle medicine and bringing about positive change in the health and well-being of others by using the principles of lifestyle medicine. He has been helping his clients and patients for the past seven years in achieving their health goals. Besides being a doctor, he is also a trained fitness expert, sports nutritionist, strength & conditioning coach and 200-hour yoga teacher. An endurance sports enthusiast, he is an Ironman 70.3 finisher.
He founded WellGreen Health with a vision to be a health partner for billions of people around the world. He is a Diplomate of the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine. With his experience as a Laboratory Medicine specialist, he has the unique opportunity to apply the principles of laboratory medicine in diagnosing and monitoring lifestyle diseases. He believes in evidence-based medicine and refrains from using any therapeutic lifestyle interventions which are not scientifically proven. He serves with empathy and compassion and values ethics over commerce.
